Why I Started The Everyday AI Coach

For over 16 years, I have worked as a global talent expert, reviewing thousands of resumes, coaching candidates, and negotiating over 1,000 offers with industry leaders such as Google, Intuit, Viasat, and Illumina. I was particularly skilled at hiring, bringing on around 100 people a year at most companies, at all levels. I helped people land their dream jobs, earn promotions, and find the confidence to pursue what they truly wanted.
